HEADTEACHER’S WELCOME

 We are delighted to welcome you to the St Barnabas website, where you can gain a real sense of what our school community is like.

St Barnabas is a happy, hard-working and successful school. Our aim is to provide a nurturing and positive learning environment where children are truly at the heart of everything we do, while striving for the highest standards of behaviour and achievement. The success of every child matters deeply to us all.

We offer a wide range of exciting opportunities across academic, sporting, musical and creative areas. Children are encouraged to take part in as many aspects of school life as possible, developing confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.

Our nursery is an integral part of the school and works closely with our Reception classes to ensure a smooth transition into full-time education. This helps children to feel confident, familiar with school life and included in whole-school activities from the very beginning. We also provide our own high-quality and affordable wraparound care, including breakfast and after-school clubs.

Of course, the best way to experience our school is to visit us in person. We are always proud to show guests around St Barnabas and to share the warmth and vibrancy of our community. Please contact the school office if you would like to arrange a visit.
